We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator – TG and Office Support
If you are passionate about Administration, provide TG & Office department support and have excellent people skills, this is for you
In this position, you will:
- provide the TG & Office department with Administration services to optimise efficiency within the department
- engage with Tourguides regularly, maintain records current and ensure good relations between company and Tourguides
- provide secretarial and administrative support to Management
- plan, schedule, organize, coordinate and support events and projects as required
- deal with other ad hoc and delegated tasks
- work in a dynamic and positive team
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- 2 years or more of performing administrative functions in an office environment
- Detail oriented, with strong numerical and writing skills
- Efficient, professional and service oriented
- Able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Reliable and supportive team member
- A qualification in HR or Business Administration is a distinct advantage
- German is an added advantage
