We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator – TG and Office Support

If you are passionate about Administration, provide TG & Office department support and have excellent people skills, this is for you

 

In this position, you will:

  • provide the TG & Office department with Administration services to optimise efficiency within the department
  • engage with Tourguides regularly, maintain records current and ensure good relations between company and Tourguides
  • provide secretarial and administrative support to Management
  • plan, schedule, organize, coordinate and support events and projects as required
  • deal with other ad hoc and delegated tasks
  • work in a dynamic and positive team

 

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • 2 years or more of performing administrative functions in an office environment
  • Detail oriented, with strong numerical and writing skills
  • Efficient, professional and service oriented
  • Able to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and supportive team member
  • A qualification in HR or Business Administration is a distinct advantage
  • German is an added advantage
