We are looking for an Office Administrator

In this position, you will:

  • Attend to general office administration
  • Be the administrative assistant (right hand) to HR Officer and Tourguide Coordinator
  • Update online HR database and physical files
  • Be part of the Pack Safari Team through an active supportive role
  • Organize events and projects
  • Create documents in German and English

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • 2 years or more of performing administrative functions in an office environment
  • Detail oriented, with strong numerical and writing skills
  • Efficient, professional and service oriented
  • Able to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and supportive team member
  • A qualification in HR or Business Administration is a distinct advantage
  • German is an added advantage
