In this position, you will:
- build customer relationships, through competent consulting and a reliable service
- do quotations with attention to detail
- enter all details into the IT system
- do bookings
- issue accurate invoices for the Scheduled Sales Department
- prepare travel documents
- do the Tourguide briefing
- do the tour wrap up after the safari
- work in a dynamic and positive team
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in administration and customer service
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Experience as a tour consultant is a distincted advantage
- Organized and systematic in work approach
- Attentive to detail and observant of specifics
- Customer care and service oriented
- Mathematical and deductive reasoning
- Logical in problem solving
