In this position, you will:

  • build customer relationships, through competent consulting and a reliable service
  • do quotations with attention to detail
  • enter all details into the IT system
  • do bookings
  • issue accurate invoices for the Scheduled Sales Department
  • prepare travel documents
  • do the Tourguide briefing
  • do the tour wrap up after the safari
  • work in a dynamic and positive team

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in administration and customer service
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Experience as a tour consultant is a distincted advantage
  • Organized and systematic in work approach
  • Attentive to detail and observant of specifics
  • Customer care and service oriented
  • Mathematical and deductive reasoning
  • Logical in problem solving
