The Okavango Delta, an oasis of riverine habitats and floodplains, owes its existence to the rainfall in the Angolan highlands, where the Okavango River begins its 250 km long journey across Namibia’s Caprivi Strip to finally seep away into the arid Kalahari Desert in Botswana. Unique as one of the world’s few inland deltas, the placid waters and lush indigenous forests of the Okavango Delta are known as the wildlife paradise of Africa, offering a safe haven to large populations of mammals and birds.

Day 1,Royal Tree Lodge, Maun
Arriving at Maun Airport, sit back and enjoy the short transfer to Royal Tree Lodge. Located on a game farm close to Maun, the lodge is shaded from the African sun by royally magnificent bird plum trees, also known as Motsentselas.
Day 2,Kanana, Okavango Delta
Transfer back to Maun Airport, and climb into your chartered flight to Kanana Camp. Nestled in the bushes along the Xudum River of the Okavango Delta is Kanana Camp, both a serene getaway and perfect place for adventure.
Day 3,Kanana Camp
Experience the unique aquatic life in a glass-bottomed Mokoro, venture out on a night drive to find the mysterious nocturnal creatures or relax in bed with a spectacular view of the waterways.
Day 4,
Nestled on a lush palm island in the heart of the northern Okavango Delta, Shinde is an intimate, classic camp located on the edge of Shinde Lagoon, which simply teems with animal and birdlife.
Day 5,Shinde, Okavango Delta
Motorboats or Mokoro provide a chance to experience the incredible bird, plant and reptile species found in the aquatic habitat of the Okavango Delta. Game drives are conducted by a personal guide in comfortable, specially designed game drive vehicles.
Day 6,Royal Tree Lodge, Maun
