    Day 1,The Elegant Guesthouse, Windhoek

    Arrival at Windhoek International Airport. Your English speaking guide will welcome you in Namibia. During the trip to Windhoek you will get useful tips and information about the customs and ways of the country and gain a first impression of the African savannah.

    Day 2,Desert Camp, Sossusvlei

    Begin your journey to the highlights of Namibia with a drive to the scenic Spreetshoogte Pass, where a fantastic panorama will open up before you. Continue to the Namib Naukluft Park.

    Day 3,Desert Camp, Sossusvlei

    You can look forward to a day full of impressions. An early departure takes you to the world’s tallest sand dunes at Sossusvlei. The first sunrays cast an ever-changing contrast of light and shadow onto the apricot colored dunes.

    Day 4,The Stiltz Hotel, Swakopmund

    Drive along the Namib to the Kuiseb Canyon, where the two German geologists Hermann Korn and Dr. Henno Martin took refuge during Word War II. The latter wrote the well-known book "Sheltering Desert“.

    Day 5,The Stiltz Hotel, Swakopmund

    Today you have time to explore this small coastal town and visit the museum, aquarium or the Kristall Galerie. There are also many optional activities available.

    Day 6,Twyfelfontein Country Lodge, Twyfelfontein

    Continue your journey past the highest mountain of Namibia, the Brandberg, to beautiful Damaraland.

    Day 7,Twyfelfontein Country Lodge, Twyfelfontein

    Together with your guide you go for a two-hour hike on the slopes of Twyfelfontein to see some of over 2,500 rock engravings. Surrounding sights include the valley of the Organ Pipes and the Burnt Mountain.

    Day 8,Etosha Safari Camp Gondwana Collection Namibia, Etosha National Park

    Off to Etosha National Park. En route you stop at the Petrified Forest, where prehistorical floods deposited some giant tree trunks some 200 million years ago.

    Day 9,Etosha Safari Camp Gondwana Collection Namibia, Etosha National Park

    Time for extensive game viewing in the Etosha National Park in search of lions, elephants, eland (the largest antelope), damara dikdik (the smallest antelope), giraffes and much more.

    Day 10,Onguma Etosha Aoba Lodge, Onguma Game Reserve

    You can look forward to another day of exciting game viewing in the Etosha National Park. The park’s main characteristic is a huge salt pan that can even been seen from space.

    Day 11,Waterberg Wilderness Lodge, Waterberg Plateau National Park

    The buildings of Waterberg Wilderness Lodge lie sheltered in a long valley in the midst of the Waterberg massif. Built from red Waterberg sandstone they are nestled under enormous old trees.

    Day 12,Departure

    After a leisurely breakfast you drive via Okahandja and Windhoek to the Windhoek International Airport. Your guide bids you farewell and you start your homeward journey.
